Bilberry was born out of the tourism and activity industry itself. We didn’t start by building software, we started by solving real problems for real operators. Our first system, Bilberry Base, was developed in close collaboration with XXLofoten, a leading activity provider based in Lofoten. They needed a system that could handle the day-to-day operations of their business, from bookings and resource planning to guides and reporting, all in one place. What we built with them became the foundation for what is now used by 350+ activity providers across Norway and beyond.

As we grew, we realised that tour operators had a different set of needs. That’s how Bilberry Blend came to life. It started with a tour operator who wanted to move away from spreadsheets and emails, and instead build, sell, and manage their own tailor-made trips in one streamlined system. Bilberry Blend allows them to plan dynamic itineraries, work with suppliers, and deliver seamless travel experiences for their customers, all in their own branding.

Today, Bilberry offers powerful, user-friendly tools for both activity providers and tour operators to plan, sell, deliver, and scale.
